Return and Refund

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a major size mismatch (proof required).
  • Return Window: You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email us at [aman@noxvale.com] with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the issue.
  • Approval: Once reviewed, we’ll approve eligible returns and schedule a reverse pickup.
  • Pickup & Inspection: The item must pass quality inspection at our facility.
  • Refund Issued: Once approved, your refund is processed.

Refund Details

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit to your Noxvale Wallet within 2 business days after successful pickup.
  • You can use this credit on your next purchase.

Important Notes

  • If the pickup fails due to unavailability, a second attempt will be made. After that, the request will be auto-cancelled. 
  • Noxvale reserves the right to deny returns if the product fails inspection.
  • Refunds will not be issued for issues raised after the 7-day return window.
